Staying here was a great choice for our hiking adventures, especially since it was so close to the start of the Ruta del Cares. The views from the room were simply breathtaking and made for a perfect early morning wake-up. While the restaurant served simple yet delicious local dishes in the evening, we especially enjoyed the ample continental breakfast that set us up for our daily excursions. Just a heads up, you might hear some noise from the hallway, so light sleepers should be prepared for that.

Perfect Launch Spot for Hiking Adventures
The atmosphere here is just fantastic, especially with the lovely host always around to help out. The breakfast was solid, featuring the essentials, but it could’ve used a bit more variety after a few days. I loved how close we were to the start of the Ruta del Cares, making it super convenient for our hiking plans. If they could just update some of the facilities, like adding more hooks in the bathroom, it would elevate the experience further.

The location near the Ruta del Cares is perfect for hikers, offering stunning views of the surrounding cliffs and river. The friendly service from Manolo ensures a warm atmosphere, complemented by a solid breakfast including hot waffles and gluten-free options. However, rooms are quite small, and some noise from other guests impacted our sleep. While the accommodation is clean and functional, it lacks luxury touches that might enhance the overall experience.

Great access to the Ruta de Cares trail with fantastic views right outside your window. Comfy enough beds and a solid restaurant on-site for meals after a long day of hiking.
No elevator means hauling luggage up two flights of stairs, which can be a hassle. Rooms are pretty cramped, lacking storage and basic amenities like a hairdryer or extra towels. The private parking is limited to just six cars, so expect some challenges finding a spot on the street. Wi-Fi only works in common areas. don't count on coverage in the rooms.
